About Tara Reilly

I grew up in Winsted, Connecticut and got a bachelor’s degree in business at Bryant College in Smithfield, Rhode Island. Realizing I wanted to be a Nurse Practitioner, I then went to Pace University in Pleasantville, New York where I became an RN. Finally becoming an NP at Pace in New York City, where I lived until I moved here in 2000. I was fortunate to become a part of the BT Health team in 2020.

BT Health is such a collaborative environment with a bunch of really smart and talented colleagues, and I am grateful to be working in such a progressive place. I learn something new every day! I especially love the tremendous educational opportunities I have here with my patients. Part of my mission is to provide you with the tools and information you need to optimize your health. I consider myself open-minded and try to combine my western evidenced based training with your beliefs, cultural backgrounds and alternative healing modalities. I believe in treating the mind, body and soul.

Valuing my relationship with my patients, which I realize relies heavily on communication with each other; I am readily available via email through our portal system.

Not having a car, I am an avid walker of this beautiful city and enjoy exploring different neighborhoods and their restaurants. I maintain my work/life balance by spending my free time with family and friends cooking, playing cards and camping, or just watching movies with my two hairless cats.
